 Dimitrios Dalaklis joined the World Maritime University (WMU) in 2014, upon completion of a twenty-six years distinguished career with the Hellenic Navy. His expertise revolves around the maritime safety and security interrelated domains. He is an Associate Fellow of the Nautical Institute (NI) and a Member of the International Association of Maritime Economists (IAME). He is a Hellenic Naval Academy’s graduate; his postgraduate studies took place in the Naval Postgraduate School of the United States (MSc in Information Technology Management, with distinction & MSc in Defence Analysis). He then conducted his PhD research at the University of the Aegean, Department of Shipping, Trade and Transport. He is the author/co-author of many articles & studies in both Greek and English languages, with a strong research focus on issues related to environmental sustainability. His latest work "Trends and Challenges in Maritime Energy Management" is available by Springer International Publishing AG

Partha Pratim Chakravorty have did his PhD in the year of 1991 from Department of Zoology, Visva Bharati, Santiniketan, W. Bengal, India in the field of soil ecology. He has got the DST young Scientists Award from Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. Of India, New Delhi, India in the year of 1991. In 1994 Dr. Chakravorty has got the Scientists Pool Scheme from Council of Scientific & Industrial Research, Govt. Of India, New Delhi. At present he is associated as Associate Professor & Head, Post Graduate Department of Zoology, Raja N.L.Khan Women’s College, Midnaporen West Bengal, India. Dr. Chakravorty has produced six PhD students and three MPhil Students. He has got 6 research project from different funding agency of Govt. Of India and Govt. Of West Bengal. He has more than 40 research publications in peer reviewed journal with impact factor. Dr. Partha Pratim Chakravoprty has got Fellow of Zoological Society, Kolkata, W. Bengal, India.

Ralovich Béla is a retired scientist who received his diploma in medicine at Pécs University where he worked between 1961-1988. He received Ph.D. (for Salmonella research) in 1973 and D.M.Sci. (for the book of Listeria studies) in 1986 from Hungarian Academy of Sciences (HAS). He was WHO expert for listeriosis and organized two international Symposia. He worked in U.K. and Russia. From 1992 he was senior executive of public health in Ministry of Welfare. He published 5 books, 170 articles, was member in several Hungarian and International Societies. He received Markusovszky Diploma, three Awards of HAS, CDC Medal (USA), Manninger Medal and Golden Cross of Hungarian Republic
